Nijusseiki Denki Mokuroku: Eureka Evrika

In an alternate version of the early 20th century, steam power became the world’s main source of technology. This led the city of Tokyo to be covered in thick smoke instead of advancing into the age of electricity. 

A young boy gets heartbroken after losing his brother given up on his dream of a bright future powered by electricity. At the same time, a religious, quiet girl carries the pain of losing her mother while hiding her hopes. When the two meet, they discover the mysterious 20th-century electrical catalog, a book that offers a glimpse of the future they always dreamed about. Together, they set out to uncover its secret face, the pain, and find the courage for a better future.
