On post-apocalyptic earth, water has become fully poisonous, except some remain safe in the reservoir. The fortified zone was created by a man named Sanga, he called it Lallland. A group of villagers had found safe water, and Sanga wanted it. He and his killer group left to kill everyone and steal it. When they did a mysterious man appeared out of nowhere, immediately killed some men. His name is Kenshiro, and he can beat any man with martial arts, Hokuto Shin Ken. Sanga will do anything for water, and Kenshiro will do anything to try and stop it.
