In a world where superheroes are common, Kouichi Haimawari is a college student who wants to be one. Due to his weak Quirk, he can’t officially be a superhero. Accepting this, Kouichi started to control street crimes, but he was not allowed to do it, and it was illegal. 

His life takes a turn when he meets a strong guy, Knuckleduster, who has no mercy for the criminal and a Pop Star from the Underworld. When a strange drug starts to spread in the city, these three team up to fight against it and uncover the truth.
