Togashi has always been fast. As a kid, he could easily win races without any effort. During his school life, he met with a guy, Komiya, who was new to his school with no skills. Komiya works hard but still lacks ability, so Togashi teaches him and gives him a dream of becoming a champion. Years passed, and now these two compete with each other as opponents.
