Hanazakari no Kimitachi e

Mizuki Ashiya saw Izumi Sano during the high jump competition. She fell in love with him so badly that she left the U.S and got admission in Japan. She later joins his school, but the problem is that it is only for boys. Mizuki disguises herself as a guy and then becomes roommates with Sano. They came close to each other, and then she came to know that he quit the high jump for some reason. Now she is trying to help him, but she also gets suspicious of the school doctor.
