However, an unexpected change of events pushed him into the newly established police ranks, ensnared him in pursuing conspiracy that aims to overthrow the government.

Simultaneously, the Moriya Yakuza clan welcomed a guest, Kyoushirou Shuragami, a swordsman who was proficient. In the clan, which is related to the puppeteer governing government overthrow, Kyoushirou strategically positions himself for personal gain.
