Champignon no Majo

Luna lives alone deep in the Black Forest, a land filled with toxic mushrooms. She is known as a black witch, and her skin contains toxic poison that can kill anyone who gets close to her. Because of this, she was kicked out of the kingdom and ordered to stay away from civilization. Yet she still travels to the nearby city to deliver medicine and buy new books for herself. 

Luna never hurt anyone, and her actions were kind, but everyone was scared of her as she is a black witch in the city of White witches. She is unable to talk to anyone but people who accept her help.
